RESTART-short for Retired Engineers, Scientists, Technicians, Administrators, Researchers, and Teachers. The RESTART Institute is a non profit organization committed to providing a roadmap for reducing carbon emissions and lowering energy costs. With assistance from retired professionals, public-sector volunteers, and limited consultant labor, the Institute works with partners to offer energy efficiency, sustainability, and waste reduction assessments and services.
